We know buying online can get pretty tough - so we’ve made our return and exchange process as seamless as possible for you. (We offer one free return or exchange* for orders within Germany).

Please Note:
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging. Hamburg Kollective Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to sender.

Washing item(s) will void the return policy and we will no longer be able to accept the item as a return. Refunds must be accompanied by a valid receipt and will be processed back to the original form of payment.  Please note that for all returns and exchanges, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless required by law. Gift cards do not contain an expiration date and can be used at any time at
participating Hamburg Kollectiv locations or online at www.hamburgkollectiv.de

This return policy is only applicable to purchases made at hamburgkollectiv.de and at Hamburg Kollectiv operated stores. Purchases made at retailers carrying Hamburg Kollective are subject to the respective store's return policy.

*Free returns or exchanges means that we'll cover the cost of one of your orders and the item(s) coming back to us - no waiting in line at the post office to buy postage! If you are returning item(s) for a refund for store credit - the shipping charges you incurred at the time of your order will not be refunded since this was the cost to ship it out to you originally.
Hamburg Kollectiv offers one free return to orders that have been shipped within Germany. Any additional returns or exchanges are subject to a return fee.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
1. Head over to our Returns Portal and enter your order number along with the e-mail address associated with the order.
2. Select the items and the reason why you're looking to return.
3. Click Return Items.
4. You will then receive an email containing the prepaid label. Be sure to return the package within the 30 day window (30 days from the ship date) Once your return package makes its way back to our distribution centre, you will be issued a refund or store credit given that the items are in re-sellable condition. If you are requesting for a refund, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) plus applicable taxes - please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

*Only orders placed within Germany are eligible for free returns. Orders placed and shipped outside of Germany will be responsible for postage return.
Orders placed and shipped outside of Germany must be returned to: Neuenkirchener Str. 36, 49324 Melle, Germany.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If you've received an item in a damaged state caused by a manufacturer defect, please e-mail our customer service team at service@hamburgkollectiv.de within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help you out there. Please be sure to include images of the defect and a brief description.
Please note that removing the tags and/or washing the item will void the return policy and the damage policy.
